How Do I Order Online?
Ordering online is easy and secure, with our website guiding you through the entire process. Here is a simplified step-by-step guide:

Do I Have to Order Online?
No. We also accept orders via email – simply send your order list to our customer service mailbox.
How Do I Change My Order?
You can modify or cancel your order at any time before it enters the shipping process.
To change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible via live customer service or email.
If you do not receive an order modification confirmation email from us, the adjustment has not been processed successfully.
Once an order enters the shipping process, no further modifications, cancellations or corrections can be made.

Shipping Information
When Will I Receive My Order?
Delivery to most regions takes 5-25 business days.
Order shipping may be delayed due to the following customization processes: personalized product customization, backorder fulfillment, and special custom order processing.
Orders may be split into multiple shipments based on product quantity and weight:

Each shipment typically contains fewer than 15 pieces of apparel or weighs less than 3kg.

Orders exceeding 15 pieces or 3kg will be shipped in multiple packages.
What Shipping Method Do You Use?
We offer free shipping via China Post for all orders.
You can upgrade to Express Shipping for an additional fee for faster delivery.
May I Ship to a Post Office Box or Private Box Address?
If you provide a PO Box or private box address, we can only ship your order via China Post or EMS.
Are Your Products Restricted for Import in Any Country?
All countries have regulatory requirements for the quantity and type of goods allowed for import.
Personalized printed apparel is generally not a restricted import item, but we recommend checking with your local customs agency before placing an order to confirm relevant import regulations.
Do You Charge Tax?
Non-EU Countries
No tax is charged at checkout. However, local customs authorities will assess and collect relevant taxes before the goods enter your country.
The courier will usually pay these fees on your behalf and collect them from you upon delivery.
You are solely responsible for all customs-related fees, including duties, taxes, brokerage fees and other charges assessed at the border.
EU Countries
Customs authorities charge a tax of 20% or more on the order value. We will pay this tax on your behalf, and you only need to pay 8% of the order value at checkout.
Can I Return a Product?
Please contact us before returning any product and we will provide an estimate of your return shipping costs.
What If I Am Missing an Item or Received a Defective/Incorrect Item?
We sincerely apologize for any order processing errors on our part. Please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible – we usually reship the correct items for free.
Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of receiving your package.

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the package receipt date.

Returned products must be in resalable condition and include the original packaging/box.

Used products come with a 30-day limited warranty. After this period, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

Once we receive your returned package, our fulfillment center will inspect the items. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 2 business days.

Most details on personalized printed apparel are made with heat transfer printing technology. We recommend hand washing to avoid damaging the prints. If machine washing is necessary, turn the apparel inside out first.
